This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle shipping, delivery times, and related charges.

Shipping Costs

All shipping costs are paid by the customer at checkout.
Shipping rates are calculated automatically based on product weight, size, and destination.

A small shipping & handling fee may be included to cover packaging materials, order processing, and handling time.

Processing Time

Most standard orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

Custom Items

Custom CNC, laser-cut, or 3D-printed products require additional processing time.
These items typically take 3–5 days to produce before they ship.
Complex or high-volume orders may require additional time, and we will notify you if that occurs.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Once your package has been handed to the carrier, delivery delays caused by the carrier are outside of our control.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is shipped, liability transfers to the carrier.
If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

We will assist when possible, but we do not replace items for issues caused during transit.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for select products.
Customers are responsible for all customs fees, import taxes, and duties.
